TASQTM Software - Target Analysis for Screening and Quantitation
The power of high resolution accurate mass analysis results in a very large and complex data set per analysis. In order to take advantage of this information rich data set, analysts require sophisticated software tools to enable rapid, facile in-depth data mining to be realized.

TASQ (Target Analysis for Screening and Quantitation) software is specifically designed to exploit high resolution, accurate-mass data generated by Bruker QTOF mass spectrometers. TASQ provides a turnkey solution for when there is a requirement to screen, confirm and/or quantify hundreds of compounds in a single analysis. The intuitive, simplified user interface is easy to learn and master for users in routine testing laboratories. TASQ benefits include, fast, easy method setup with menu driven, quick start wizard to expertly guide users through qualitative and quantitative workflows.

After processing accurate mass and retention time data, TASQ applies the user definable diagnostic ion confirmation criteria to the experimental findings to establish the presence or absence of compounds in
the target list.

Optional application specific, exact mass compound databases are available from Bruker for cross referencing your experimental observations.
