.018” guide wires with platinum tips, in different flexes, mounted on either a nitinol or stainless steel core provide physicians with a number of options.
Radiopaque sheath/dilators are available in a number of Fr. sizes, featuring gradual, tapered tips and smooth transitions from dilator to sheath.
The 21Ga. needle has an etched tip that provides good visibility under ultrasound and has an extra sharp bevel to reduce resistance during insertion.
