Kit for Lipoproteins electrophoresis. Reagent Kits PRINCIPLE OF METHOD The Lipoproteins are the forms of transport of lipids in the plasma, and are separated, in a buffered environment at pH 8.9, by Electrophoresis on cellulose acetate. After their separation they are rightly marked with a lipophil staining solution that permits the densitometric quantification of Beta (LDL), per-Beta (VLDL), and alpha lipoprotein (HDL).
