Servoventilator Chirana Aura V represents modern technology for artificial lung ventilation designed for the full range of patient (adult, children, newborn and prematurity) With tidal volume from 2 ml to 2000 ml and respiratory frequency 1-180 / min. A comprehensive range of ventilation modes includes some unique ventilation mode as HFM-CPAP (high frequency modulated CPAP), nCPAP (nasal CPAP), PMLV (programmed multi-Level ventilation) or CFvS (continuous flow support), which are also in basic configuration.
The device can be equipped with an external compressor fixed on the chassis of device, as a backup system in case of failure pressurized air source, module for complex gas analysis (Mainstream or Sidestream) and nebulizer (pneumatic or ultrasonic)
Ventilation modes:
CMV - continuous mandatory /mechanical/ ventilation
SCMV - synchronized continuous mechanical ventilation
PC V - pressure controlled ventilation
SPCV - synchronized pressure controlled ventilation
SIMV(V)+PS – volume controlled artificial inspirium with pressure supportSIMV(P)+PS – pressure controlled artificial inspirium with pressure support
PS – pressure support
APRV (BIPAP) – airway pressure release ventilation
2-Level – two level ventilation (Bilevel, BiPAP, DuoPAP)
2-Level+PS – ventilation at two pressure levels with pressure support at both pressure levels
CPAP – continuous positive airway pressure
nCPAP - continuous pressure in the respiratory tract at spontaneously ventiled patient, without the weight limit with the nasal application
PMLV® - programmed multi level ventilation
HFM CPAP – high frequency modulated CPAP for application at childrem below 5 kg of weight
