Description

A versatile acetabular system with advanced design features, proven clinical performance and a wide range of shells and bearings designed to provide a patient-matched solution. Advanced design The Trinity optimised taper is designed for easy, accurate liner insertion without the use of dedicated alignment instruments and to provide excellent liner security. A highly polished PRIME™ rim is designed to reduce psoas impingement and soft tissue irritation if full bone coverage cannot be achieved. Trinity-i™ shells are designed for improved range of motion and joint stability8. *Compared to equivalent size standard Trinity shell Stability Trinity shells have a Titanium plasma spray coating providing a roughened surface and consistent press fit, keys to primary implant stability. If required, strategically positioned screw holes provide the opportunity for supplementary mechanical fixation. Corin's biomimetic coating is tailored for rapid resorption9 and designed to promote long term stability. Versatility Shells are available in various designs and are compatible with a wide range of high performance bearings, including ECiMa™ vitamin-E polyethylene and Trinity Dual Mobility, meaning different patient needs can be met with one system. Select Trinity during preoperative planning of THAs using Corin OPS™ for a patient-specific, optimised solution.
