Primo® filter tip are compatible with the great majority of the pipette available in the market, and tips are certified DNase/RNase, DNA & Pyrogen free; each batch is tested to conform to strict specification and batch certification are available on request. Primo® filter tip are made from Medical Grade virgin polypropylene without any trace of metals and are molded in diamond finish mold to provide super smooth inner surface, this feature plus the high quality of the special polypropylene virtually eliminates sample retention and reduce the binding of DNA, RNA and proteins to a minimum. The Manufacturing facility is fully automated and it is in clean room class 100.000 with controlled environment and access. Filters are made of HDPE free from chemical additives to ensure there is non cross contamination in case the liquid gets in touch with the filter. The tips feature a grip design using modern materials which provide a positive seal every time. EuroClone tips have thin walls and a thin surface area to greatly minimise the possibility of the tip retaining sample droplets. All filters are manufactured to provide a flash-free and delivery orifice for consistent accuracy and reproducible sample delivery every time.
