Filter pipette tips are used for protection against contamination. Application to PCR, sequencing and other techniques involving the use of vaporous, radioactive, biohazardous or corrosive materials.
Virgin polyethylene filters.
Ensure that all aerosols and liquids are prevented from entering the pipette.

Autoclavable.
Autoclaving caution:
Do not exceed 121ºC / 250ºF, 15PSI, 15 minutes.
Do not put materials on tips when autoclaved.
Remove from autoclave immediately, cool down then to drying.
