Plate heater in vitreous ceramic by FALC are especially suited for high corrosive products; vitreous ceramic features a very low coefficient of expansion, so the bearing surface do not buckle even if working at very high temperatures. The structure of the vitreous ceramic PV plate allows heat energy generated by infra – red rays to pass easily and to heat rapidly superimposed containers by a 20 – 30% energy saving in comparison with traditional heaters. Housing made of steel , coated with acidproof epoxy paint and provided with four non – slip feet. The resistance position allows a thorough surface heating. All items are fitted with ON/ OFF switch, green warning light and temperature control and adjustment through a biometallic step thermoregulator. N.B.
