Duetta™ is a 3-in-1 spectrofluorometer that combines the functions of fluorescence and absorbance spectrometers simultaneously. Thanks to its high-speed, built-in CCD detector, the Duetta can acquire a full spectrum from 250 nm to 1,100 nm in less than one second, making it the fastest fluorescence spectrometer on the market. Duetta uses A-TEEM™ technology to acquire absorbance, transmission, and fluorescence EEMs simultaneously – a true 3-in-1 instrument that corrects for the inner filter effect on the fly. Data acquisition is more accurate because measurements are taken from the same spot without moving the sample and repeating the exercise. To aid in the use of the Duetta and teach fluorescence spectroscopy principles in an undergraduate teaching laboratory setting, we have made a series of education labs.
