Description

Extremely powerful dispersing instrument for volumes from 2 - 50 l (H2O) for typical pilot plant stations. A fixed speed of 7200 rpm enables users to work at a high circumferential speed even with small rotor diameters. Three rotor-stator configurations guarantee a wide range of applications. Reproducible operations due to constant speed even with changes in viscosities. • Electronic overload protection • Cables and plugs not included in the delivery • Plug-in connectors facilitate exchange of dispersing elements • Stainless steel dispersing elements for use under vacuum and pressure digital version: With digital speed display. It offers a wide speed range from 1000 – 9,500 rpm that enables users to work at high circumferential speeds even with small rotor diameters. • Electronic speed control • Cables and plugs not included in the delivery. • Error code display Technical Data Motor rating input : 1800 W | 2600 W Motor rating output : 1500 W | 2200 W Volume range (H2O) : 2 - 50 l Viscosity max. : 5000 mPas Speed max. : 7200 rpm | 1000 - 9500 rpm Noise without element : 75 dB(A) Process type : batch Dimensions (W x H x D) : 185 x 450 x 400 mm Weight : 26 kg | 30 kg Permissible ambient temperature : 5 - 40 °C Permissible relative humidity : 80 % Protection class according to DIN EN 60529 : IP 54 Voltage : 3 x 400 / 3 x 230 V Frequency : 50 Hz Power input : 2200 W | 2600 W
