The MEDICOMPACT bed head unit is perfectly designed for use with hospital beds that require access to a number of electrical, telecommunications and medical gas outlets. The unit housing is made of extruded aluminium and powder coated. MEDICOMPACT bed head units conform in all respects to ISO EN 11197 and IEC EN 60601/1 standards and deliver a number of important features and benefits. COMPLETE SAFETY Single- and double-duct versions are available, providing a separate duct for each feed source (high voltage, low voltage, communications, medical gases), thereby preventing any possible influence or interference between feed sources. MULTIPURPOSE DESIGN The shape of sockets for electrical and gas outlets is standardized and allows for an array of different types of outlets from different countries to be installed, as well as different voltages. USER-FIT, USER-FRIENDLY The designer or user can choose the length of the unit, select a colour from the RAL chart, and choose the number and location of the outlets.
