The “DT” Dust Tight model reduces operator exposure to product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and High Containment washable solutions. The stainless steel segments are ideal for microtabs and effervescent tablets. The unit is generally equipped with a metal particle detector. Three different detectors are available: Lock, Ceia, and Safeline. As metal particle detectors are sensitive to vibrations, the vibrating parts of the deduster are isolated from the steady parts by our Flex Connect components. This allows it to reach optimal accuracy, such as a spherical 316L stainless steel part of 0,4 mm in the products. A smart system allows us to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without any contact between the operator and the product.
