TA Big Dye Clean Up Kit uses gel filtration technology to remove terminator dyes for sequence analysis with spin columns. Sequence reactions are loaded into the filtration material after transfer of the hydrated gel to the spin column. After a short centrifugation step, the reactions are ready to be loaded into a capillary column. Non-entrapment dye spots are retained in the gel matrix.
