1835 | Retractors set of 2 FARABEUF 1835 8 ATTENTION: Before initial use and sterilization of the instruments, a basic cleaning has to be effected as follows: Disassembly of demountable instruments. Entire, bubble-free insertion in an appropriate detergent. We recommend a commercial dishwashing liquid, taking into consideration the manufacturer's information. Thorough mechanical cleaning of the entire instrument surface using a smooth plastic brush with nylon bristles 2600-60 packing unit 3 pieces). Rinse the instruments finally in desalinated (demineralized) water in order to avoid spots, residues and corrosion on the instruments. Thorough drying of the instruments before sterilization. Before initial cleaning, please read the attached instruction for the preparation of resteri-lizable instruments acc. to DIN EN ISO 17664.General remarks New instruments always require basic cleaning prior to first use/sterilization as described in the section "Steps in Instrument Reprocessing". All instruments must be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized before each use. Following removal from the protective packaging, all non-sterile instruments must also be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized before first use. Effective cleaning and disinfection constitute an absolute precondition for proper sterilization of the instruments.
