The Patch Pro 1000 is an electrophysiology system facilitating dual or single patch clamping with your existing upright microscope. The package includes a motorised microscope XY translation stage, two PatchStar micromanipulators and adjustable Post & Platform mounting systems for the manipulators and sample. It enables plenty of access to the sample and flexible positioning of the posts. It is typically used with slice electrophysiology. Benefits Super-smooth micromanipulators The PatchStar or MicroStar manipulators have 20 nm resolution for absolute positioning control and less than 1 µm drift in two hours for long-term experiments.
