Description

Combine cell imaging and patch clamp experiments on your inverted system. An electrophysiology system that includes an inverted motorised movable top plate and two PatchStar micromanipulators. Ideal for two-photon and confocal imaging when combined with patch clamping. Super-smooth micromanipulators The PatchStar or MicroStar manipulators have 20 nm resolution for absolute positioning control and less than 1 µm drift in two hours for long-term experiments. Designed for advanced imaging Carry out electrophysiology experiments alongside two-photon and confocal imaging thanks to the fixed position of your inverted microscope. Large, motorised top plate 25 mm of super-smooth movement in the X and Y axes with plenty of space for additional manipulators or other experimental equipment when using an inverted microscope. Versatile movement Easily examine the rest of your sample whilst maintaining patches. Precise mounting Place the manipulators and other tools close to your sample thanks to the platforms sliding carriages. Extended Warranty For a limited time, the warranty of Patch Pro rigs has been extended to three years. Control options Control the inverted motorised movable top plate, micromanipulators and focus (if compatible) from any of our remote control options. Alternatively use Scientifica’s LinLab software, developed specifically to control all of our motorised components.
