The Premium patient plate helps Sutter generators to efficiently monitor the correct placement of the electrode, thus offering users additional safety during application of monopolar radiofrequency energy. The two-sling-design facilitates even distribution of the low surveillance current, which can now cover the entire surface of the return plate. The orientation of the return plate has therefore no longer an effect on the monitoring performance.
