Vertical floor-standing autoclaves with fully automatic and programmable sterilization cycle. The sterilization chamber, internally mechanically polished with mirror finishing, and the lid are stainless steel AISI 316L made. On request it is possible to require a stainless steel AISI304 or baked enameled steel epoxi painted châssis. The sterilization chamber capacity varies depending on the model. The sterilization cycle is fully programmable and controlled by microprocessor: the temperature and sterilization time are settable from 101°C to 138°C for 1-99 minutes. The control system allows to program up to 20 sterilizing cycles. The autoclave is provided of a waterproof keyboard and a built-in plotter/printer to control and validate the executed cycle. The unit is equipped with a vacuum pump and a bacterial filter which enables the autoclave to exhaust in a secure way and in shorter time the possible air bubbles by vacuum strokes avoiding a bacterial contamination in the environment. The bacteria free exhausted steam is condensed and carried into a recovery tank. The control system uses two temperature probes, of witch one is placed in the jacket and the other, controlling the cycle, can be placed freely in the sterilization chamber.
