Culture Media préparer with working vessels AISI316 made and useful capacity of 250 or 500 I. Two temperature probes allow the temperature control of the working vessel and of the jacket. A particular magnetic coupling shaking unit provides a tuneable and programmable speed control avoiding any possible leakage, guaranteen a uniform temperature of the media. A pharmaceutical diaphragm bottom port, pneumatically driven, with service membrane valve allows the sterilization of both the external part of the valve and the delivery pipe. The instrument is equipped with a double jacket with indirect heating, obtained from an external steam generator and an heat exchanger. The autoclave provides the possibility to pre-define différent working cycles, which can be modified or memorized. Each autocleave is equipped with multiple and completely independent safety devices. A recorder-printer is installed, allowing the registration of the working cycle. Ail the cycle related information are printed: start and end time, temperatures, phases, possible cycle interruptions. Each autocleave has two température probes: one for the working vessel and one for the jacket. A double propellers shaking unit magnetically coupled allows, for each well, to mix carefully the media and to avoid any possible leakage.
