Vario Press 300e was born as a press furnace, but it is also an excellent firing furnace for stratified and pressed ceramics. What makes it unique is the patented interface for working with lithium disilicate ceramics, a material that stands out for its high strength and that can be worked with both CAD/CAM and a pressing process similar to that of the classic ceramic technique. However, the sensitivity of lithium disilicate to high temperatures, residence time in the furnace and contact with phosphate-binding coating masses, results in significant qualitative differences in the result. Since the success of the press is also due to efficient heating, we have patented a system that guarantees perfect results thanks to the reverberation of the heat inside a large cooking chamber. The Vario Press 300e is also equipped with 500 freely programmable memory locations and individual pre-programming on request. To evenly heat cylinders of any size and plunger, the Vario Press 300e has a high-quality heating element that completely covers the walls of the cooking cabinet with 7 heating coils. This ensures a uniform temperature even in areas without direct irradiation. The cylinder rests on a tripod insert and during the entire working process it is literally suspended inside the cooking chamber generating heat reverberation. The automatic Z-Drying function allows homogeneous pre-drying at a constant temperature and reduces the formation of cracks or bubbles. The Power Fail Control safety system (PFC) intervenes in the event of a power failure: when it is restored, the program restarts from where it was interrupted and concludes the cycle regularly.
