Overview
ecoGEMINI is a dental-focused 3D printer designed for high-definition photopolymer printing. It integrates a simultaneous dual-wavelength system operating at 385 µm and 405 µm (Patent Pending) with automatic control to ensure broad compatibility with standard dental resins and controlled results for transparent materials.

Key features
Equipped with a 6.8" 9K monochrome LCD (8544 x 4320 pixels, 18 x 18 µm pixel size) and a total LED power of 200 W. The platform achieves approximately 15–20% faster print times versus the previous model. Active resin temperature control uses four intelligent set points to stabilise material properties and reduce the risk of warping.

Operation & security
Operation is simplified via a high-performance onboard PC, guided build plate calibration and one-handed SLIP-ON tank attachment. Remote monitoring and management include an integrated HD camera, military-grade data encryption and a large closed-loop activated carbon (Maxi) filter for air treatment.

Advanced thermal management
The system manages resin viscosity through four set points (Preheating, Maintaining, Printing, Super Cooling), adjusting temperature according to the print profile to improve repeatability and dimensional stability independent of ambient conditions.

Maxi Filter: closed-loop air treatment
The Maxi activated carbon filter operates in a closed loop to continuously capture odours and airborne pollutants, improving air quality in the workspace.

Reduced plate option
An optional reduced plate (73 x 66 mm) enables printing with approximately 25 ml of resin, minimising material consumption for small, high-precision dental parts.

Usability and connectivity
Ultra-simple guided calibration, one-handed SLIP-ON tank mounting, easy-to-replace monochrome LCD, optimised build area and fast slicing via the onboard PC. Remote control with HD camera, OTA updates and remote support are supported.
