Titanium is a biocompatible metal that integrates with bone through osseointegration and is widely used in dental prosthetics. Bio TI grade 5 discs (Ti 90% Al 6% V 4%) provide a precision blank for CAD/CAM milling, offering reliable mechanical properties for intraoral restorations.

Designed for dental laboratories producing crowns, bridges and frameworks via CAD/CAM milling. The material's biocompatibility and mechanical characteristics make it suitable for long-term use in the oral environment and for manufacturing both aesthetic and functional prosthetic components.

The range
The Bio TI grade 5 range includes discs in multiple diameters, thicknesses and filler configurations. The Bio TiNb line provides options for skeletons and frameworks. All titanium products are compatible with foundry machines SpeedCAST and TITEC by Orotig.
