Single lane, rotogravure product marking system that uses edible printing inks to print logos onto the outer coating of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery products for identification, counterfeit protection, and brand recognition. Designed for effortless continuous operation, and produces accurate and repeatable results with minimal user interaction or downtime. Bulk product is fed into the machine hopper, where each product is efficiently singulated and fed into carrier links for precise positioning. The continuous motion, single-lane carrier timing belt feed system exposes both sides of the product for printing. Portable with a small footprint, low maintenance cost, inexpensive format change parts, and requires only compressed air and power for operation.
