OverviewThe ETIK Collagene is a collagen surgical dressing in the form of a mouldable, resorbable cylinder intended to provide local hemostasis in small surgical fields, notably dental alveoli after tooth extraction. The collagen cylinder adapts to the bleeding surface, adheres under mechanical compression and supports formation and maintenance of a platelet clot. The device is supplied sterile and is resorbed by the tissue within approximately 30 days.
