It has bactericidal (including Tbc), fungicidal, virucidal and sporicidal action. Actosed® OPA can be used manually or with an endoscope washing machine for high-level disinfection of flexible and rigid endoscopes, surgical instruments made of stainless steel, including MIC instruments, anesthesia materials and heat-labile medical instruments. 100 g contains: 0.55% Ortho-phthalaldehyde (OPA), corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary substances. Material Compatibility Actosed® OPA is suitable for heat-resistant and heat-sensitive medical instruments and endoscopes made of aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, polyurethane, rubber, latex, silicone and glass materials with neutral pH value. The product is used in the widely-known endoscope brands such as Wolf, Storz, Fujinon, Pentax, Olympus. Method of Use:​ Before using Actosed® OPA, clean the surfaces and canals of the instrument with a suitable enzymatic cleaner. At this stage, we recommend that Actoclean® Perfect be used. After cleaning, rinse and dry the instruments. Pour Actosed® OPA solution into the instrument bath. Use the product at room temperature.
