AESKULISA® for qualitative and quantitative demonstration of IgA, IgG, or IgM antibodies directed against a range of different pathogens supporting a reliable diagnosis of infectious diseases. Immunoassays are important in routine laboratory services for identification of antibodies in serum or plasma specimens. AESKULISA® (AESKU Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is a test format particularly suited for the qualitative and quantitative determination of specific IgA, IgG, or IgM antibodies directed against a range of different pathogens. The following AESKULISA® tests are available order to support the diagnosis of infectious diseases. All assays are calibrated according to our clinically well-characterized, internal Quality Control panels and to all of the latest international standards. It ensures the reliability and reproducibility of our AESKULISA® kits. Intended Use: The AESKULISA Herpes Simplex Virus 1/2 IgG test is a qualitative and quantitative immunoassay for the demonstration of human IgG antibodies in serum or plasma directed against the Herpes Simplex Viruses 1 and 2.
