AIR-PRODUCTS OX300 – OX300 Plus are booster compressors specially designed for the recompression of clean and dry gases (Oxygen – Nitrogen – Argon – etc). These devices were equipped with dedicated engineering that gives them very high thermodynamic efficiency and long-term reliability. OX300 – OX300 Plus have been designed based on the requirements of the most prestigious PSA plant manufacturers worldwide. The capacity of this line covers the filling needs of 7.5 m3 tubes at 2200 psig (155 bar) and 2900 psig (205 bar) in a daily quantity of 25 to 47 cylinders. OX300 – OX300 Plus were conceived in a single-acting design, completely oil-free in 3 stages with an efficient intercooling and post-cooling system. The high balance of alternative masses, a high inertia flywheel, a regularity of movement free of vibrations, an efficient analysis of gas velocities through floating valves, safe values of compression temperatures due to high dissipative efficiency, low loss of load due to careful control of safe speeds throughout the circuit, extremely low dead spaces, all of the above and more in order to achieve a thermodynamic efficiency of 0.8.
