Overview
The AirSport+® is a clinically proven stirrup-style ankle brace by Aircast® designed to provide stabilization for moderate to severe ankle sprains and chronic instability. The anatomically contoured shells and combination air/foam interior deliver a secure, comfortable fit. The posterior step-in application and micro-adjustable BOA® Fit System enable controlled compression and easy adjustment for injury management and rehabilitation.

BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System is a dial-based, micro-adjustable performance fit engineered for precision and power. It provides customizable, low-profile compression and a quick-release function for rapid removal.

Intended Use / Indications

• Chronic ankle instability — mechanical instability due to ligament laxity or previous sprain
• Acute ankle sprains & strains — overstretched or ruptured ankle ligaments
• Prophylaxis — reducing risk of recurrent ankle injury during return to activity
