Functional elbow orthosis with lateral support columns in lightweight aluminum alloy. Multi-center hinge allows controlled flexion from 0–120° and extension from 0–90°, adjustable in 10° increments. Telescopic design enables length adjustment. Padded cuff cushion for contact comfort.
