The superabsorbent wound dressing is designed to manage highly exuding acute and chronic wounds. It combines a soft wound contact layer with a superabsorbent polymer (SAP) core and a water-repellent outer layer to protect clothing and bedding.

Material and designs

• Three design options: non-border; non-border with silicone adhesive; border with silicone adhesive
• Absorbent core: superabsorbent polymer (SAP)
• Wound contact layer: soft, non-adherent layer for rapid exudate transfer
• Outer layer: water-repellent film to reduce wet-through

Field of application
