Overview
AmcareMed AM-600DX is an automatic stainless steel gas manifold engineered for centralized gas supply in laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and other controlled environments. The manifold provides continuous gas delivery with automatic switching between cylinder banks to maintain uninterrupted service.

The AM-600DX uses a differential-pressure automatic switching system: one side supplies gas while the opposite side remains on standby. Each side can be connected to multiple cylinders to ensure sufficient gas capacity for laboratory pipeline systems.
Operation and switching logic
When both sides are open, the unit follows the selected priority side. If the pressure on the priority side drops below the preset switching threshold, the manifold automatically transfers supply to the standby side without manual intervention, ensuring continuous output to downstream lines.
Monitoring and controls
An integrated LCD displays real-time cylinder bank status and pressures, enabling operators to monitor supply condition at a glance. Priority side selection is available from the control interface.
Materials and gas compatibility
Manifold external panel is SS304. Wetted parts in contact with gas include SUS316L, Hastelloyor, PCTFE and PTFE. The AM-600DX is suitable for common laboratory gases such as O₂, N₂, CO₂, Ar, He, Air and other compatible gases, subject to verification for specific media.
