AmcareMed horizontal oil-free rotary vane medical vacuum system adopts oil-free design to ensure no oil mist or grease is introduced during gas delivery, avoiding the possible adverse effects of oil contamination on patients. The oil-free medical vacuum system complies with CE requirements and consists of two oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps. The remaining accessories include the filter element, precision gas inlet filter element, precision butterfly valves, stainless steel pipes, electric control box, and carbon steel vacuum tube. The system is equipped with an intelligent control box, which can realize reliable protection of the vacuum pump and automatically or manually control the start and stop of the vacuum pump. The control system is equipped with protection devices such as overvoltage and overload, and each vacuum pump circuit is equipped with protective components such as door circuit breakers, low-voltage circuit breakers, and thermal relays.
