Description

Model best suited to applications that use large volumes of air A stainless steel heat exchanger is used. Industry's top-class energy-saving performance Compressed air exhausted from an air compressor contains lots of hot moisture. Using such compressed air as is will damage pneumatic equipment. The refrigerated air dryer forcibly cools incoming compressed air to condense moisture. To remove the troublemaking moisture and supply dry air, it dehumidifies air to the pressure dew point of 10°C. A new refrigerant with no ozone depletion potential, HFC407C, is used. Features ●Low power consumption The dryer uses a new refrigerant with no ozone depletion potential, HFC407C, as well as highly efficient, low pressure loss precooler and reheater and spine fin tube evaporator, achieving substantially greater performance and lower power consumption. ●Low pressure loss Pressure loss is reduced according to the exhaust air flow rate of the air compressor (0.005 to 0.014 MPa). Energy loss due to pressure loss can be minimized. ●No dew condensation on the outlet pipe surface The highly efficient precooler and reheater raise the temperature at the dryer outlet close to the ambient temperature. This prevents dew condensation on the surface of the dryer outlet pipe. ●Forced drain system for enhanced reliability An intelligent timer opens a solenoid valve at regular intervals, causing air pressure to push out the drain. Other types of drain system, such as a floating drain system, cannot transfer the drain due to back pressure. The GT Series dryer, by contrast, uses a forced drain system, which prevents the drain from becoming clogged.
