All-In-One Oil Free Scroll Compressor Unit designed as per medical standard of NFPA99. This is the ready-to-install product which is preassembled with compressors, filters, dryers, air receiver tanks and control panel on a skid. This unit is made more compact by stacking up oil free scroll compressors vertically which makes it even feasible to install in limited space. Most silent model: ・Due to its compression mechanism, the scroll compressor is one of the most quiet compressor model in the market with 49db for 3.7kw scroll with enclosure. The low noise level makes this compressor suitable to install in noise sensitive area such as hospitals, dental clinics, laboratories and etc. Compressor model with cleanest air: ・The scroll is the only class 0 certified compressor as per ISO8573-1. This is the reason why scrolls are widely seen in oil sensitive industries such as hospitals, dental clinics, food processing and etc. Resistance against external dirt and dust: ・Totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor featured as a standard component. This prevents problems such as damage to bearings due to dust or other waste matter and insulation deterioration caused by moisture.
