Temperature Data Acquisition System How can a Pharmacist ensure that his thermolabile medicaments are properly protected and stored? APD’s temperature data acquisition system AthosTM Temp allows giving a positive answer to this question. To check the temperature at which the medicaments are stored and preserved within the Pharmacy is an important daily task. Any alteration in the cold chain of the medication poses a health risk to patients. How can it be done this work in an automatic and safe way? AthosTM Temp is APD’s solution for the continuous monitoring, centralization and documentation of the temperatures of the different fridges and freezers as well as the ambient temperature of the different rooms in the Pharmacy. • AthosTM Temp system also allows the supervision control and management of alarms, historical data, trend in temperatures, reporting, etc... • AthosTM Temp is a wireless system based on radio frequency for the transmission of temperature data from the probes installed in the "Bitten" devices until the "Logger" device that collects this information and presents it in the console using the "Trend" software application.
