Lyo Solutions have been optimized for the detection of low copy number and complex targets and are designed for integration into the most demanding molecular diagnostics and biotechnological applications and devices. Apto-Gen Lyo Solutions are formulated for use with dual-labelled hydrolysis probes and are compatible with fast cycling conditions. Lyo RT-PCR Master Mix II comprises a 2x master mix and a 10,000x Reverse Transcriptase II for detection of low-abundance viral DNA and RNA targets. Lyo RT-PCR Master Mix contains a highly sensitive hot-start Taq DNA polymerase for low-copy target amplification.
