Product Overview
DeepActive™ Synthetic Bone Graft is a high-activity synthetic bone graft material mainly made of hydroxyapatite with excellent biocompatibility, compressive strength, and three-dimensional interconnected porosity structure (up to 70% porosity) facilitating osseointegration and bone regeneration. According to the China NMPA registration data, the product can achieve 100% bone graft fusion rate at 24 weeks after implantation.

  • Free of growth factors: 100% synthetic material without rhBMP‑2, rhBMP‑7, rhPDGF‑BB or other added growth factors, reducing risks related to ectopic bone formation or postoperative inflammation.
  • Hierarchical micro‑nano structuring: Three‑dimensional interconnected porosity that promotes osteoinduction, osseointegration, vascular ingrowth and cell proliferation.
  • Multiple forms and intraoperative shaping: Available as cylinders, powders, rectangles and granules; can be cut and shaped to clinical requirements.
  • Long shelf life: Stable at room temperature with a 4‑year shelf life.
  • Non‑immunogenic, non‑allogeneic, non‑exudative.

Indications
  • Repair and filling of bone defects resulting from trauma or surgery where structural stability of the bone is not compromised.
  • Suitable for cases without contraindications to bone grafting; intended for a wide range of defect types and anatomical locations.

Regulatory status and clinical evidence
  • Registered with China NMPA (official registration data: 24‑week graft fusion rate 100%).
  • Regulatory approvals in multiple countries including Belarus, Indonesia and Thailand, and registration in EU and other 10+ countries (in progress)
  • Selected as the only Biomedical Materials for National Key Special Project on Application Demonstration; clinical use reported in 3000+ major hospitals across 31 Chinese provinces/municipalities and in Belt & Road partner countries.
