With young patient’s needs in mind we’ve developed a special bone conduction hearing aid with a soft headband. Small transducer is held on a soft headband and thus firmly adjoins a child’s head. A headband resembles a sports outfit (for boys) or a stylish accessory (for girls). The design doesn’t focus unwanted attention to a hearing aid and allow children to feel free. Constant wearing of the soft headband hearing aid stimulates hearing and helps develop communications skills all day long. Equal pressure distribution around wearer’s head is a key to developing a proper soft headband. Headband is soft, elastic and adjustable, so it can fit even an infant. Adaptation to soft headband is quick and comfortable. Bone conduction hearing aid with soft headband is a chance (maybe the only chance) for children with middle and inner problems or atresia of the auditory canals to develop properly. These hearing aids allow children to comfortably understand speech while not falling off when playing.
