Product overview
Our conical tourniquet cuffs feature a tapered design that conforms to limb anatomy, enabling improved fit and more even pressure distribution. This geometry enhances patient comfort and supports procedural efficiency. Two sizes are available to accommodate different leg circumferences: 34" and 42". All models undergo post-production quality control to ensure safe clinical use.

Sterilization and cleaning
All conical cuff models are reusable and compatible with validated sterilization processes. It is recommended to follow the manufacturer's washing and decontamination instructions prior to reuse. Designs comply with hygiene requirements for hospital and clinical environments.

Tourniquet cuff models

• AVR-CUFF S034: Intended for adults with average leg circumference. Size: 34" (86 × 13 cm).
• AVR-CUFF S042: Intended for legs with larger circumference (obese patients). Size: 42" (106 × 15 cm).

Tourniquet cuff features

• General appearance: Ergonomic, flexible construction wraps the limb comfortably and adapts to a wide range of patient sizes, supporting a stable working field during preoperative preparation and throughout procedures.
• Product label and traceability: Each cuff carries a label with model code, size, LOT number and manufacturer information. A square UDI code on the label enables rapid registration in hospital information systems and supports full traceability.
• Flexible hose structure: Flexible, kink-resistant hose ensures stable pressure transfer between device and cuff, adapts to positional changes during surgery and maintains clinician mobility.
• Color-coded size identification: Colored edge strips provide immediate visual identification of size, reducing selection errors during preparation.
• Secure fastening system: Adjustable Velcro closure permits secure fitting across different circumferences for quick application and sustained cuff stability during procedures.
