Description

Medium-size bio-barrier sterilization containers are used to sterilize, store and transport implants, surgical instruments, surgical equipment and textiles. It consists of two main parts: container and lid. Box and lid main parts are pressed in single piece from 1050 quality aluminum. Welding is not used in the boxes and covers during production. Decorative anodization is performed to increase the strength of the box and lid surfaces against external factors. There are color options for the lids. There are holes for air passage on the lid surface, a silicone seal on the inside edge that provides air and water sealing from the inside, spring locks on the inside of the cover in the central position, on both sides of the cover that provide locking to the box. On each side of the box, there are label attachment compartments, carrying handles, and lock pieces through which a plastic disposable security lock passes. Silicone mat, sheet baskets, wire baskets and labels are used as auxiliary materials along with containers. They are manufactured in various types and sizes that are pre-designed according to the needs of the users. The bio-barrier model is a mechanical filter system. The more convenient disassembly of these container covers is intended with the bio-barrier system. The mechanical valve system in the lid allows steam to enter and provide sterilization with the given pressure. Thanks to this system, there is no need to use any filters. It provides a more comfortable and longer sterilization and post-sterilization convenience thanks to the valves found
