Midurethral Sling Set
Midurethral sling (MUS) is used in the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence. The device can be implanted with both Transobturator (TOT) and Retropubic (TVT) methods. Adjustment can be made up to seven days postoperatively. The patient's complaint of urinary incontinence is cured with a thin 'mesh' sling that is passed under the urethra and implanted to uplift and support it.
Improved patented design for better performance and safe application. Design that enables post-operative, minimally invasive adjustment PE sleeve that prevents the contact of the 'mesh' strip with the external environment before settling. Design that eliminates the obligatory connection between the trocar and the 'mesh' during implantation.
