Vaginal pelvic muscle probe PERISPHERA®-O

This BEAC Biomedical vaginal probe has a number of features including two spherical electrodes intended for stimulating the puborectalis and pubococcygela muscles, enabling perineal re-education by means of a combination of EMG feedback and electrostimulation. The probe's operating characteristics are independent of its orientation upon insertion into the vagina, while its large stimulation surface effectively stimulates the muscle group controlling the patient's continence. The probe is best suited for use when the patient is in a lying position, but its insertion can be accomplished by either the healthcare provider or the patient. The probe is designed to provide a perfect anatomical fit, making insertion easy and ensuring comfortable retention by the patient.
