Instrument Air is purified to comply with the standards set by the Instrument Society of America and NFPA 99, serving as an alternative to Nitrogen. Matching Nitrogen in pressure, dryness, and purity, Instrument Air is suitable for various medical uses such as powering surgical instruments, operating pneumatic brakes and tables, central sterile supply, laboratory air, and other applications. Modular design Completely assembled, piped and wired, the duplex air purifier module features a duplex desiccant dryer with all filtration in a compact package. Key Features iPM motor efficiency The compressors include Interior Permanent Magnet Motors (iPM) exceeding IE3 and NEMA premium efficiency ratings. Variable Speed Drive Each compressor contains a variable speed drive inverter matched to the permanent magnet motors, with a flow range of 20% to 100% to further reduce energy consumption. Compact design The air purification package components are compactly configured to minimize footprint without compromising service access. Advanced controls The advanced medical master controller monitors and controls the compressors and air purification module efficiently, while filled with redundancy and safety features.
