How It Works 750 ps ultra-short pulses generate strong photomechanical effects that fragment pigment into dust-like particles. Photoacoustic shockwaves penetrate the deep dermis to break down stubborn pigments. Laser-Induced Optical Breakdowns (LIOBs) stimulate collagen regeneration and dermal repair. Minimal thermal damage preserves surrounding tissue and melanin balance.
