Product overview
The UltraPixel DUAL 1550/1927 thulium fiber laser system is a non-ablative fractional laser (NAFL) designed for skin resurfacing and treatment of pigmentation, scars and wrinkles on all skin types and body areas. It combines 1550 nm and 1927 nm fiber laser sources to target different tissue depths: 1550 nm penetrates up to 1.6 mm (epidermis and dermis), while 1927 nm targets epidermis and superficial dermis up to 0.3 mm. Laser sources are managed by an embedded processor to ensure consistent dosimetry and treatment delivery.

How it works
The system allows independent control of pulse duration and energy, enabling precise adjustment of thermal lesion width and depth to customize procedures and minimize collateral tissue damage.

Features
  • 1550 nm: Indicated for coagulation of soft tissue and dermal resurfacing; treatment of dyschromia and lesions including lentigines, solar lentigines, actinic keratosis, melasma, periorbital wrinkles, acne scars and surgical scars.
  • 1927 nm: Indicated for superficial coagulation and treatment of pigmented lesions such as lentigines, solar lentigines and ephelides; particularly effective for superficial pigmentation and actinic keratosis.
