Overview
This series of multi-functional bedpan washers (flusher disinfectors) processes common hospital receptacles such as bedpans, urine bottles and suction bottles. Models are offered as free-standing or underbench units, with manual or automatic door operation and several configuration options for clinical workflows.

Hygiene and Washing
Hygiene is optimised through rounded chamber corners and smooth internal door edges that reduce dirt accumulation and bacterial growth and simplify cleaning.

Processing Capacity

• Operational note: capable of treating one urine bottle and one bedpan simultaneously, or up to three urine bottles depending on loading and accessories.
• Feature-panel capacity: with appropriate racks the unit can treat 2 urine bottles and 1 bedpan with lid simultaneously, or up to 4 urine bottles.

Washing Efficiency & Disinfection

• Combined fixed and rotating nozzles deliver targeted water distribution inside and outside treated items to maximise washing performance.
• Self-disinfecting circuit: steam is conveyed through the washing nozzles to ensure disinfection of the washing circuit during each cycle.

User Interface
User-friendly HMI with LCD display and auto-diagnosis; programmable cycles allow process optimisation and traceability in clinical environments.

Installation & Accessories
Underbench models integrate into counters and can include a lockable hinged-door side compartment for chemical and accessory storage. A range of dedicated racks and holders is available to adapt loading configurations.

Steelco-branded bedpan washers / flusher disinfectors are designed to comply with EN ISO 15883-1/3/5 (performance), EN ISO 14971, EN 61010-1/2-040, EN IEC 61326-1, EN 62366 (safety) and EN 62304 (software). Classified as CE0051 legacy medical devices (Directive 93/42/EEC, MDD).
