Overview
AC 1200 is a compact washing unit designed to wash and sanitize vivarium animal-care equipment including cages, feeding bottles and fish tanks. Its compact footprint enables flexible installation and lower operating costs.

Application and general description
Available in single-door or pass-through double-door configurations. Final rinse sanitization is achieved at 85°C via an independent hydraulic circuit. The unit can be electric- or steam-heated and is supplied standard with a double chemical dosing unit; additional dosing systems are available as options. The upper drop-down vertical sliding loading door has a lower section that acts as a loading platform when open to facilitate tray handling. Dedicated accessories optimize loading of cages and washing carts, with injection systems for bottles.

Optimal cleaning performance
Independent washing and rinsing hydraulic circuits and three-level rotating spray arms (top, middle, bottom) ensure consistent cleaning. Washing water is held in the chamber sump and heated to the selected wash temperature. Final rinse water is pre-heated in an AISI 316L side tank. Temperatures are monitored by probes.

Smart filtering system
Multistage water filtration with a self-cleaning filter for recirculation protects equipment life and maintains hygiene. Independent hydraulic circuits provide an extra level of contamination control.

Aquatic tank processing kit (optional)
Optional kit for reprocessing aquatic tanks used in research: three chemical dosing pumps, upgrade to washing circuit, flow meters and a conductivity probe.
