Product overviewMITO FBS is a semiautomatic feeding bottle washer with an integrated filling system designed for small-size animal research laboratories. It performs automatic emptying, washing, rinsing and filling of 18 bottles per cycle, ensuring complete reprocessing of bottles and caps with minimal footprint and low operating cost.
Frictionless organic workflowThe system core is a rotating mechanism that executes bottle emptying, washing, rinsing and filling in a seamless four-step workflow:
- filling system
- top rinsing system
- washing system
- bottom rinsing system
The crate rotates 180° to discharge residual water. Bottles undergo internal and external rinsing at 85°C for sanitization. After a dripping phase the crate returns upright for final filling. All operations are automatic to reduce manual handling and process time.
In-line system solutionMITO FBS is modular and supports in-line configurations to match operational layouts: examples include a loading table with ultrasonic bath, rinsing tap and manual cap remover, followed by the washing/filling unit and an unloading/drip station. The emptying/dripping stations are available with AISI 316L stainless steel worktops and central drainage.
Option — Drinking water acidification unitOptional acidification unit treats drinking water supplied to the filling modules to reduce bacterial load. The unit can be positioned adjacent to the FBS workstation or integrated into a side cabinet on request.
