Overview
The DS Optima is a pre-configured GMP washer with a 1,200 L chamber designed for short lead times. It groups commonly requested features into a ready-to-deploy solution with multiple standard configurations to match typical pharmaceutical and industrial cleaning processes.

• Sanitary, fully drainable construction with non-retentive surfaces and ground-flush welds.

Design highlights
Sanitary GMP construction: fully drainable geometry, smooth internal finish in 316L stainless steel, ground-flush welds. Process-contact materials delivered with EN 10204 traceability; elastomers compliant with USP Class VI.

Wash & drying performance
High fluid flow and rotating spray arms on both upper and lower levels provide uniform coverage of loads and chamber to support consistent cleaning and optimized resource use for washing and drying cycles.

Ergonomics & maintenance
Compact footprint with a large 1,200 L chamber. Sliding chemical drawer and integrated electrical cabinet improve ergonomics. Sampling valves are grouped for routine operations, detergent containers located in a sliding drawer, and maintenance access to components is from the loading side; the electrical cabinet slides out for service.

Control system
SCADA with 15" color touch-screen. Available with Siemens or Rockwell PLC. Control software developed following GAMP 5 principles and compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
