Simply place the CoolCube in the freezer overnight and it’s ready for use, keeping samples cold, but not frozen. One side of the CoolCube will hold 36×1.5/2.0ml tubes. Flip it over, and you have a PCR workstation. This side holds one 96 well PCR plate (or 96×0.2ml tubes) and ten 1.5/2.0ml tubes. CoolCube maintains temperature at approximately 0° C for up to four hours on the bench.
